Interior design does captures the imagination and resembles a surreal staircase, performed in the graphic of famous Dutch Maurits Escher.
The metal structures are covered with a layer of copper alloy and glamorously sparkle, hinting at the astronomical amount invested in them - $ 200 million, including landscaping.

This is a giant circular stepped frame in the form of a cup with an extended 16-storey mesh structure. It has 2465 steps, 80 viewing platforms with scenic panoramas views of the Hudson River and Manhattan.
