Chiaroscuro light effect turns Margherita chair designed by the Italian designer Jacopo Foggini for design furniture factory Edra into the sparkling weightless art object. The chair is made of polycarbonate threads which, while being still hot, are connected in the openwork chaotic lace "weaved" and turned manually into a chair. This art object for an interior reflects one of the most interesting trends of the Milan furniture exhibition ISaloni 2017 - the idea of shining material objects and their transparency.
Margherita chair of the Italian designer of art objects Jacopo Foggini for Edra shines and sparkles near any natural or artificial light source. Then it resembles a wonderful cloud which soars together with you.
Despite of the fact that the chair of Margherita is made of plastic, its ergonomics and comfort are completely thought over. "When you sit in it, you feel the absolute comfort as though you just been born a baby bird in a comfortable nest. Even from the outside the chair reminds a bird's dwelling", - Jacopo Foggini explains.
