ISaloni 2018: Oxymoron table by Henge

The craftsmanship and modern design is combined in the concept of the Oxymoron dining table by Henge. The table became the central piece of furniture at the Henge stand at the Milan furniture fair ISaloni 2018.

Dining table Oxymoron, design Massimo Castagna for Henge

The author of the Oxymoron table, Italian designer and architect Massimo Castagna announced a new artistic Manifesto of Henge, which is unique handmade conception and refined, sophisticated idea of combining materials, shapes and colors.

Table top is a new interpretation of mosaics, "puzzles" made from wood. It consists of layers of walnut wood, from which wavy shapes are carved, and then combined together into a picturesque applique called "Forest Fusion”.

The legs of the Oxymoron table are made of sand-casted bronze. The table is produced in three sizes.
