ISaloni 2018: ajour Carve 07 by Paola Navone for Gervasoni

Aesthetic brutality, informality and casuality as a style of Italian designer Paola Navone perfectly expressed in her design of airmchairs Carve 07 for Gervasoni. Their high backs attract the eye with ajour openwork, which contrasts with the mostly emphasized brutal shape of the seat and legs.

The airmchairs Carve 07 are made by masters of Gervasoni factory from solid mahogany wood, and have almost black ebony finish. Their surface is a little embossed, hand-made by carpenters and polished, but not smoothed as an original design detail.

The airmchairs Carve 07 will last for centuries, and their design will never be outdated, because it contains the archetypal shape of the seat itself. They will always remain stylish and fashionable.
